Creatures
Caterpillar appears. Defeat it, and the 4th stage is cleared.
Caterpillar spawns a yellow egg at a certain interval. It can be destroyed before creature hatches from it. Creature appears after some standby time.
Creatures hatching from eggs are as follows:
- Bomberdier
- Spiked Scarab
- Spiked Scarab Charger
- Needler
Tips
You’ve already fought these types of enemies, such as Ranancula in 19F, which several units are connected to the main body with high vital restoring ability.
So the strategy is the same as Ranancula, which is attacking them from rear units, although this Caterpillar is much more powerful.
Behavior of the Caterpillar

Emits three blue blobs successively. It comes toward the player drawing an arc.
It’s easy to avoid in a distance, but impossible if you are next to the main body.
Caterpillar spawns a yellow egg at a certain interval. It can be destroyed before creature hatches from it. If it remains without being destroyed, creature appears from it after some standby time.
Max 50 eggs are spawned
Note that Caterpillar doesn’t spawn no more than 50 eggs. If you are not strengthened enough to deal with the Caterpillar and the egg at the same time, it may be better to attack the main body after all the eggs are spawned and destroyed.
Destroying the eggs may be high priority, since Needlers and Bomberdiers hatching from the eggs are bothersome in this stage as well.
